We spent last weekend in New Braunfels with my Mom and my sister. Trinity has a cousin who was born on her birthday and one that was born on Christmas. So, we went down there for thier birthday party. We also decided to do a small little party with her cousins that night for her birthday so she wouldn't feel left out. She was very sad because she wanted her friends from Red Oak with her :(
And, my first ever attempt at making a gingerbread house. What a mess!! Trinity ended up eating candy the whole time and I was left to make the gingerbread house by myself. I never new it could be so difficult. Here are a few pictures. Most of them are of Sarah because apparently my mom didn't feel the need to take pictures of me and Trinity together with my own camera!!! I gave her a hard time about it!
The birthday party was at a really cute childrens museum in New Braunfels. Here are some cute pictures.
Here is Trinity's mini birthday party. I attempted to make her a fun cake since she wasn't getting much of a party. Hopefully next year we will have some friends down here. This was my first time using fondent icing. It was fun, but definitely a learning experience.
Sarah got Trinity a "hannah montana" outfit she saw at Target. A gold sequined tank top and gold leggings. I can't get her to take it off. She has tried to wear it everyday since we've been home. Kenley has it on in this picture. They were dancing and singing for us and putting on a show.
Then, we got lucky because the museum was also hosting Santa Clause while we were there. And even luckier that my mom was the photographer taking the Santa pictures. So, we got some cute ones of them by themselves and together. I like it when Gavin tried to eat Santa's beard and almost pulled it off!!
