I wanted to crawl under a rock

Well, after church on Sunday, Trinity and I had to run to Waxahachie to go by my office. So, I asked her what she wanted for lunch. Her being the 3 year old she is, her face lit up as she said "pizza!" So, I opted for the cheap and easy Cici's buffet. As we are chowing down, Trinity looks over at the couple sitting diagonally across from us. All of the sudden, she blurted out loudly "Momma, that lady's butt is too big! It needs to be smaller, like yours." I wanted to die right then and there. I tried to avoid eye contact with the couple as I scolded Trinity. After I explained to her that some people are bigger than others and it isn't nice to point it out, she said, "but her butt was too big for that chair!" I just had to turn my head the other way to avoid my laughter. I picked up the phone and had to share the story with her daddy. Oh, the things children say. And to think that I have tried to be so careful in not using the "fat" word to avoid a situation like this. They will say it anyway!

Don't you just love that?!? Some how Garrett never pulled one of those on me-I am a luck girl, cause, wow, so humiliating. But she is so darn cute-that makes ALL the difference! :)
